 Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre
 Fermentation in temperature-controlled concrete tanks with a wine-water heat exchanger
 
 Colour: Purple colour.
 Nose: A nose of very concentrated fruit similar to blackcurrant and blackberry, followed by aromas expressing a black olive flavour.
 Palate: Dense in the mouth, highlighting the heavy tannins.
 To be served at 16°-18°.
 A powerful wine that may require 2/3 years before reaching its full potential.
 To be consumed with Meat, Stew, Game and Cheese.
